Past Ride(s): 1988 Toyota Corolla LE, 1989 Acura Integra SE, 1999 Acura 1.6 EL, 1999 Acura Integra Type R

How long have you been in ZuCru?: 3 years

How did you first hear about ZuCru?:
Through local carshows.

What does it mean to you to be part of the ZuCru Team? and what have you learned so far?:
To me, to be in ZuCru means to be a part of a family, thats the way I feel being a part of this team.  They help you out whenever and however they can.  If theres something I need whether it be car related or not, i know i can count on them to be there for me.  I feel very lucky to be a part of this family =)

You use to own an Acura Intergra Type R, tell me about some of the awards you won and shows you particpated in?: I believe i’ve personally only won 1 award when I had my ITR.  2nd place at SCN 05 for best integra/rsx.  Even though it wasnt 1st, it goes to show that all my hard work and preparation for my car didnt go unoticed.  Ever since i’ve gotten into cars, i’ve always told myself that i wanted to enter a carshow and win something.  Now i can die happy… haha well maybe not yet, but i’m happy.

Since selling your car, do you have any plans picking up another ride?and what would it be?:
To be honest, an NSX is the only replacement i see for my ITR, I dont think i’m gonna settle for anything else.  It may be a few more years, but just wait and see.

Is it true you started the ever so popular “Break 4 Bread” show here in the city? how long has it been running and what posessed you to start this crazy breakdancing show?:
Yeah I run Break 4 Bread, and this coming spring 2009 will mark the 10th year that i’ve been running the show.  I continue to run B4B because of my love of bboying and the hip hop culture.  Winnipeg has an awesome bboy scene and having B4B will only continue to help it grow.

I hear you donate all your tickets sales to a worthy cause? whom do you donate the money to?:
Yup, World Vision 30 Hour Famine and Winnipeg Harvest.

You recently opened up your own clothing line “The Masses” tell me how you got started in that and where do you expect to take it in the future?: I started The Masses with a good friend because we thought that we could come up with doper designs than what a lot of companies are doing nowadays.  We had alot of ideas and we wanted to wear those ideas.  So enter The Masses in Feb 2008.  We recently were picked up and now are exclusively sold @ The Urban Bakery.  In the future?  Worldwide baby…. we only dream big.

Can you tell the readers something that they don’t know about you?any special skills?: In my spare time I breed unicorns.

Any special shout outs you’d like to say?: whats up to my wife emz, my son dre, my ZuCru family, Final Clearance, Kev and the entire TUB crew, my Masses crew, Dummy Squad, and anyone and everyone involved with the hiphop community in Winnipeg.

Special thanks goes to you Cliff, thanks for bringin’ me in  =)  LETS EAT!!!!

How long have you been in ZuCru?: 2 years

What factors made you consider purchasing your current ride and why?:Always been a big fan of Initial D and drifting. I also wanted a car that was a little bit more different or unique in the city, I was also inspired by the first time I rode in a IMPUL SKYLINE. The experience of riding JDM and feeling that boost sealed the deal.

How did you first hear about ZuCru?: I learned about the cru through one of my best friends, Jonathan Lam taught me a lot about the car scene and the cru along with Ryan Venzon.

What does it mean to you to be part of the ZuCru Team? and what have you learned so far?: To be part of the cru to me represents a network of great car enthusiasts and even more, a sense of deep friendship that is equivalent to family. And I feel as though I am part of the league of extraordinary HATERS!

How did it feel when you won Best JDM/Nissan?:
I was grateful for being awarded 3rd place in the Nissan class and even more honored to receive best JDM. I felt very surprised and very flattered. It was all very unexpected.

Tell me, do you have any big plans for your car in the future? and what are they?: I have some plans for next summer, mainly some new deep dish rims, maybe a DVD screen for the inside and MAYBE a custom sunroof.

Can you tell the readers something that they don’t know about you?any special skills?: I believe firmly in hard work, no special skills needed to have a strong sense of perseverance.

Any special shout outs you’d like to say?:
Shout outs to Jason, Shane and Freitag from Tintmasters and Lamska. And to my younger brother Jake.
